A day out with my baby boys!

One of the things on our summer list was to have Jamas and I each take the kids out on a one on one date with us...a day where they pick what we do...and it's only them and the one of us...so far Johnny has attended Angels game and Transformer movie with Jamas and Bella and I have spent a nice day of shopping and lunch together.  This weekend Bella wants Jamas to take her paddle boating and I just spent a fantastic date with Johnny (and Mateo...I cant go anywhere without my Teo because the boy likes to eat...and I'm still nursing so we are kinda a package deal) he wanted to check some gear out at Sam Ash and then a delicious stop at Pinkberry where Johnny discovered that they now serve Peanut Butter yogurt...so happy times were had for sure!!!  I can't tell you how AMAZING it was to watch Johnny on all the different drum kits...he had grown man standing around watching him....with shocked looks on their faces...HOW CAN A 13 YEAR OLD THRASH IN THIS CAPACITY....no joke it's astonishing!  And his biggest fan Mateo was also in awe!  Johnny was never the kind of lil kid who asked to go to Toys R Us or asked for toys when we were out shopping...never..very sweet and grateful kid!  But...let me tell you...he was a kid in a candy store when we enter any music shop...he wasn't walking around...he was floating!  Johnny is so blessed with talent that I am so proud and grateful for him to have these gifts...Jamas and I have been dying for him to have a drum set in the garage so he can jump on it whenever he would like...and now...much to our neighbors dismay...he was one.  So cheers to our Johnny...well on his way to headlining the Staples Center...not if ...but when he does...I will be cheering in the front row!!!

Arriving...huge smile on his face...

Jumping on the kits at the store...attracting a small crowd to see a 13 year old rip it up like a veteren rocker...
Johnny was eyeballing this kit for his baby brother....he dreams of setting it up right next to his...and I countdown for the day I see this!!!
This was Mateo hypnotized by his Big Brothers talents....
Then we moved on to guitars where he was eyeballing some amazing guitars...
 Brotherly love...Eternal.....

We ended the day with some delicious PINKBERRY...
